ā™” Personalized birth planning and education

ā™” Birth preferences preparation

ā™” Birth partner preparation (if applicable)

ā™” Comfort measures and labor preparation

ā™” Phone and text support throughout your pregnancy

ā™” 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

ā™” Continuous labor and birth support

ā™” Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum support following birth ā™” 1 postpartum follow-up visit ā™” Feeding and newborn guidance ā™” Emotional reassurance and birth debriefing

ā™” Travel to & from your birth location included ā€” including applicable mileage and/or Uber/Lyft expenses for your doula
